Full Service Interior DesignWith our full-service furnishing design, every space is intentionally planned, customized, and sourced to create a completely finished, polished home.
This is a comprehensive, turnkey service where we design your home and oversee every aspect of the process—from custom furnishings and space planning to procurement, installation, styling, and finishing touches. Together, we define the style direction, while we handle all the details, purchasing, and implementation for a truly elevated and cohesive result.
Working with us allows you to enjoy beautifully designed, fully furnished rooms with custom pieces and curated selections —so you can feel confident knowing every element is thoughtfully chosen for quality, function, and timeless style.
We will provide a detailed proposal based on the scope of your project. You can expect design fees starting at $5,000 per room.
Design ConsultationNot ready for full-service design but still want the expert guidance of Allison Ruda Interior Design? Our 1-hour virtual design consultation is the perfect solution for homeowners who want a clear, professional direction—and are ready to do the heavy lifting themselves.
Prior to your session, you’ll complete a thoughtful design questionnaire so we can focus on your specific needs and ensure you get the most out of our time together. During the call, we’ll dive into your priorities— such as style refinement, color palette creation, furniture placement ideas, and any design challenges you’re facing. You’ll walk away feeling confident, inspired, and ready to move forward with a clear plan.
After your consult, you’ll receive a personalized recap and game plan for your areas of focus.

Our Process
We follow a meticulous and organized design process to make sure our clients feel at ease during their experience with us. With a strong emphasis on project management, our team artfully executes every last detail in the design and creation of your home.

Every new project starts with an introductory call. If we decide we are a good fit, we will meet in person to see your space, and provide you with a proposal for services. Once the agreement is signed and the initial payment is received, it’s official! We dive into information gathering & have a kick-off meeting to discuss dreams and possibilities for your space.
We'll gather measurements, review inspiration, get site photos, and discuss timelines and budgets to set realistic expectations. We'll do everything we need to set us up for success!

This is when the magic begins. We will take all of the information that we learned during the discovery phase and create your custom concept design. This will include fun things like fabric swatches and finish samples, so you can get a feel for the color palette and vision of the design.
During our Concept Design Presentation, we will review floor plans, elevations, and lighting plans, along with initial samples that support our vision for your space.

Once we have your approval on the concept design, we’ll begin doing what we do best — sourcing the perfect pieces and materials for your home. At this final design meeting, we’ll present you with the entire package including the details of all items we will be purchasing. This will include design boards, your final floor plans and all final finishes and materials.
We will also review your overall investment so you have a clear idea of the total dollar amount of all the furnishings selected for your space.

There is very little for you to do as it pertains to construction. We will coordinate and manage design details with all of the appropriate trades and vendors. We will make site visits and stay in communication on the progress of your project. You’ll receive weekly emails keeping you updated on the status of your project, so you always know what’s next.

We handle all the furniture sourcing, ordering and installation with our trusted team. Once all deliveries have all made it to our warehouse, it’s time to schedule the final installation. Our team will build and install all furnishings, and remove all packaging, so that you don’t have to lift a finger.

Once the major updates and installations are complete, we'll style with accessories and soft furnishings for a finished and complete look. The best part? You get to enjoy your beautiful and functional new space!
